The Challenge

REDSOFA had evolved and their aspiration was no longer to be simply a recruitment consultancy, but to become a lifestyle brand - destination for the creative industries and a place for creative talent to learn and grow (as well as finding that perfect role).


A new website would be needed not only to reflect this change, but to enable REDSOFA to expand their offering by providing additional services through their site in the future.


With a new 3rd party system being implemented to streamline the recruitment process internally, the website would need to integrate seamlessly, accelerating their workflows.


And with an eye to the future, the new site would need to be built with a solid foundation allowing the new services to be integrated with ease at a future date. Before focusing on the new website and its functionality, we held workshops with the business owners and recruiters to really understand both their immediate needs and future ambitions.
